家内の田舎が栃木で、日光の東照宮は何回か訪れていましたし、また世界的にも知られています。また、山岡荘八原作の 徳川家康全２６巻を３回読み通して、家康に興味を持っておりましたので、一度、駿府の久能山東照宮を訪れてみたく、 参拝してきました。規模では日光に全く及びませんが、駿河湾眼下に家康らしく質素に鎮座していました。 途中、身延山久遠寺、三保の松原、寸又峡の紅葉や松林を楽しみながら、お茶どころ川根温泉の道の駅で一泊しました。
